machine has dual motor fo X drive, started noticing chatter in bottom left corner of 3d objects.
Thought it was a driver issue so i ordered a new drive and installed it. That did not fix issue.
Started getting worse the more i ran it.
Then replace stepper motor and still same issue.
Decided to look for updates and went from software version 1.2111 to 1.2113
After upgrade nothing worked on the machine, so i started to resetup machine
original settings
x step pin 3 on port 1
X dir pin 2 on port 1
Slave X on C
C step pin 9 on port 1
c dir pin 8 on port 1

y step pin 5 on port 1
y dir pin 4 on port 1

z step pin 7 on port 1
z dir pin 6 on port 1

After setting it back up like it was before, the X axes would only move with on motor.
Swapped out driver and motor and same issue.
move Slave to step 17 and dir 1 same issue, swapped out driver cable, and same issue
Move cable for x step 3 and dir 2 to C step drive and it moved with it.

Then move y cable that run off pins 5 and 4 and set up C drive on as slave for x and x now runs fine.

Long story Seems like port 8/9/1/17/4/16 or out on port1
move y to port 2 and everthing is working.
Any reason why i would loose some of the output ports on port1?
Do i need to replace the C94 board or the 300?

Ports 1, 4, and 5 are different than ports 2 and 3. See the UC300 manual for further explanation.

Looked thru the manual and i did not see anything about any difference of the outpot ports on a c94 board

I was referring to the ports on the UC300ETH.
Not sure how the ports on the C94 work, and CNC4PC makes it really hard to find manuals for their products.

On M45, C76 and C94 port #1 and #4 are the standard, #2, #3 and #5 are input ports. All of these cards use the M45 hardware ID, so UCCNC will load the M45 screenset.

This is a Typo, (Long story Seems like port 8/9/1/17/4/16 or out on port1)

it ahould have been port1 pins 8/9/1/17/4/16 or out and won't work.
