I was able to save settings for a night (reboot, reopen etc and settings were fine) then when I went to try it this morning, I needed to run the UCxxx IP tool to make uccnc open properly without a "xxx.pro failed to load" That seems to be where I'm stuck. Getting UCCNC to reliably load profiles or even open without having to run the ucxxx tool and then losing the settings. Cncdrive- Please help

When you have UCCNC up and running, create a new profile and shortcut from within UCCNC and see if the new one works.

Can you make a screenshot of the error message? I can't recall a message like that.
