more unwanted movements

Postby girogiri » Wed May 17, 2023 3:21 pm

Hello all,

still having random movements during macros execution.
UCCNC 1.2115 ( from the link in the forum)
AXBB_E controller
during Gcode execution we stop and reset macrostopped variable to execute macros to change from spindle to blades.
We found that in some cases the execution of

Code: Select all
exec.CodeSync("G0 G53 z-10")

activates the "macrostopped" variable then the random movement happens.
During the unwanted movements "ismoving" is false ( even if the machine is moving)
The execution of the M6 macro, that takes care of swapping the tools, calls a button with its own macro to select each of the tools.

here is a short video, the movement is at the end

thanks
Giorgio

Sorry I realized the link was not accessible, now should be fixed.

Am I the only one to complain about unwanted movements? most of them happens when the stop button is pressed during macro execution.
In this specific case stop has not been pressed, nonetheless the execution of command
Code: Select all
exec.CodeSync("G0 G53 z-10")

causes a macrostop ( WHY??) and then the movement start.

this problem is a real plague! Any solution?

thanks
Giorgio

I think this was already corrected but that version was not released yet.
Dezsoe, could you please test it and let me know?
