bad connection UC300ETH

I realize you dont make the C94 board, but was just hoping you could offer some general advise as to what I should do.

On May 3, 2023 my cnc router started giving me the over travel error with light lite up on the screen, but would not reset. None of my axis were close to my proximity switches and none of the proximity switches red lights were on to indicate a problem.
My machine is a heavily modified work bee that I built. I am running UCCNC software with the C94 breakout board which uses a UC300eth controller card.
After I got home that night the overtravel issue had went away, but was replaced with the Z, and A axis, which is the slave to the Y running in reverse when I try to home it. I removed the UC300ETH from the breakout board sprayed both with contact cleaner and reassembled. Worked great.
Everything worked fine until this morning 5/16/23. It was showing the overtravel error again, but none of the sensors were lit up, or were even close to any metal. So I pulled the C94 board, sprayed it and the breakout board again. let it dry, then put it back together. It works somewhat. I am still getting periodically overtravel errors, but I click reset and they go away.
Does this sound like my C94 board and breakout board are going bad?
Has anyone had similar experiences with the C94 board?
Do you think I could just replace the breakout board?
What breakout board should i get to use with the UC300ETH?

You should probably contact Arturo at CNC4PC.
The UB1 from CNC Room in Thailand is an excellent UC300 ETH board. Not cheap, though.

I use the UCBB for Axis and limits etc, (the stuff that needs quick response).
Everything else is using cheap 5v-24v (outputs) / 24v-5v (inputs) isolator boards from Aliexpress on the other 3 ports for basic on/off switching. (Connected with dupont connector cabling).
With direct dupont wire connections between analog port and servo drive.

Runs great.
