I have a few cnc units and decided to upgrade the pc on some of them as I was having graphics memory issues displaying large Gcode files in UCCNC.
I got 2 Dell 9020 I7 4770 SFF machines with 8gb ram and a installed Radeon HD8570 graphics cards.
New install of Win10 Pro , installed all the latest updates and then installed UCCNC V1.2115 . Set the network adapter to be 10.10.10.10 as per the manual ( this is about my 18th install so not totally new at it. )
Made sure I had the latest .net framework and c++ installed.
problem 1 . When I go to the UCxxx_utility it comes up with MSVCP100.dll error - not a big issue as this UC300 has been working fine and connecting so I assume the UC300 is setup right.
Problem 2 . When I open UCCNC software it starts and then says its lost connection and save offsets before shutting down. - does the same thing on both the new computers but is fine with all my old computers - So the issue has to be in the new windows setups.
Where should I start looking ?

Are there any dll files in the Utility folder, in the same folder as the UCx00 utility tool is located?
The mentioned dll should be there with the 1.2115 UCCNC.
Also a question is what is the exact error message are you receiving?
With the lost connection dezsoe could help, he is more experienced with this type of problem, but it would be good to fix the utility tool error to verify the UC300ETH network settings.

No .dll other the the ftd one.
error is MSVCP100.dll not found.
I got one machine working by downgrading to win 8 home , im thinking its something to do with Win10Pro - my other machines are running win10 home.
No other changes ???

Here is a zip with the whole Util folder.Try to disable DHCP on the UC300. As I see you use fixed IP, so you don't need it.

if it loads and immediately shuts down. (loses connection)
you need to set the properties of the shortcut to run as administrator.
i had this and it drove me nuts.
right click on shortcut. select properties.
security.
for ALL users ensure full control with everything allowed is ticked.
for my pcs. i always set as
fixed ip.
10.10.10.175
255.255.255.0
no gateway.
this allows them to connect to uc products as shipped from cnc drive.

i had this happen on a customers pc today!
top spec gaming pc so no shortage of resources.
had to go into the windows defender / firewall and allow uccnc to access network both public and private.
then re do the network config.
then it finally worked.
showed up as normal first part of load, then very slow to load screen set with a small blue spinning circle
then as screen set loaded, the lost connection, save offsets box popped up.
the pc on windows 10 had just been updated when this happened.- hope its not going to be a pain
