Broken transistor on the board, maybe

Good afternoon.
I'll start by saying that all this happened through my fault.)
I needed to quickly start the enable function through the relay.
I decided to take an arduino board, despite the fact that there is a 5v control voltage, well, it worked and overheated, which was to be expected.
Perhaps this is the first reason for a broken transistor. After that, I decided to put another relay, finder.
Well, when connected, I put a plus directly on the anode of the diode)) what an idiot. When power was applied, a short circuit occurred.
Perhaps this is the second reason for a broken transistor. Why do I think that the transistor is broken, because (my O5 output is broken) the other outputs work.
At startup, the relay should not close, this is done by pressing the reset in the program.
But when connected to O5, the relay starts when the general power is applied, and does not respond to the reset.
I want to clarify whether it is possible to use this relay (finder), it seems to me that yes, the control current in the outputs is 500mAmps, which is very decent.
And also, maybe someone knows the marking of the transistor, if it is broken, I want to unsolder it in the future and put a new one.
Thanks
