Mach4 control and UC300ETH plugin loosing data on restart

Hi,

I have Mach4 Lathe working with UC300ETH controller and fusion post processor. Every time I restart Mach4 or the controller, the plugin data and Mach4 configuration for inputs and outputs is lost. I have to re-input the data every time I restart which is an unnecessary nuisance.

Support has suggested I install plugin direct from the UC300ETH website (auto installer) to get latest plugin which has the fix. I bought a wifi USB and connected PC to the internet. The auto installer installed plugin ver 1004 which is exactly the same version I had. Did not solve anything.

Has anyone figured out how to work around this defect, or know which file the data is stored on so I can at least try to copy and paste the files before restarting ?

Are you saving the profile after you input all the settings?
