UCCNC AXBB-E G68 not working

Dear All,
I'm a newbie trying to align a workpiece perfectly. I'm using a 3d probe. I use it as Touch Probe. To replicate what I do:
1. First I find X/Y zero using PROBE->PAGE 2->Outer corner
2. Find a zero for Z using PAGE 1->Simple probe
3. When GOTO ZERO it perfectly finds a corner spot in XYZ.
Now I want to align my workpiece. I use PAGE1->Angle and receive a result (in this case it is 1.11).
I use: G68 A0 B0 R1.1
Replace the probe with an endmill, again use PROBE TOOL with gauge to find a tool lenght. GOTO ZERO goes perfectly to XYZ 0. Unfortunately at that point, after probing the tool lenght probed angle is gone. So I manually type G68 A0 B0 R1.1
After starting the milling process the angle is completely ignored and no correction is made. Status bar shows proper value of R, but it gives nothing. Please - help.
P.S. Is there any description of the buttons: SET AS WOKPIECE PROBE POS, AS MOBILE PROBE POS etc? I completely do not get it how does it work And in manual there is no single word about it
