UCCNC Settings for Feed and Speed Override AXBB-E

Postby fendar2005 » Sat Aug 20, 2022 3:11 pm

Hi All,
I have a AXBB-E and jus bought a few 10k potentiometers for controlling the speed and feed overide.

The potentiometers are v+ v- and the sweep. The AXBB-E mentions using the 5v+ and 5v- then the sweep in the Analog Inputs. How is this configured in UCCNC. I can see the IO setup has a variable but what do you select then how is this setup in UCCNC so anti-clock turns feed or speed up/ and direction potentiometer is turned (depending what potentiometer is used).

I've got a box which I've wired up already which has e-stop, start and feed hold which works really well so jus bought a bigger box and going to transfer those buttons and add the 2 potentiometers one for feed override and one for speed override.

Thanks in anticipation of replies.

in settings-
io setup 1
set channel for feed overide and other channel as spindle overide.
fro- analog channel
sro- analog channel

test both pots in diagnostics screen- you will see analog input values.

Awesome thankyou, worked a charm :-) .

+1 for UCCNC. Was using MACH 3 but prefer UCCNC by a long shot.
