USING A HDBB2 BREAKOUT BOARD, UC300ETH=5LPT MOTION CONTROLLER, DG4S DC SERVO DRIVERS, MICRO COMPUTER, ALL OF THESE HAVE WORKED PERFECTLY FOR YEARS, NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER, BUT HAVE NOW DEVELOPED A STRANGE PROBLEM AFTER A VERY HOT DAY YESTERDAY THAT MAY HAVE CAUSED EXCESS HEAT IN THE CABINET, AFTER A HOURS RUNNING THE X AND Y AXIS STOPPED WORKING, WITH NO LIGHTS ILUMINATED ON EITHER DG4S, THE Z AXIS WAS STILL WORKING WITH THE GREEN LIGHT SIGNALING OK, THIS HAS HAPPEND FOUR TIMES, IF I DISCONECT AND THEN RECONECT THE USB LEADS FROM THE BREAKOUT BOARD FOR THESE AXIS THEY WILL COME BACK ON, NOW ALSO THE SPINDLE HAS STOPPED WORKING TWICE AS WELL, THE INDICATOR LIGHT ON THE BREAKOUT BOARD FOR THIS ALSO GOES OUT WHEN THIS HAPPENS, ALL THE WHILE MACH 3 IS STILL SENDING OUT CODE AS IF ALL IS WELL, MACH THREE HAS ALSO PAUSED TWICE WHEN DOING A DRILL PATTERN, SAYING CYCLE PAUSE IN EFFECT NO JOGGING OR REVERSE, I AM IN THE PROCESS OF ORDERING A NEW BREAKOUT BOARD AND MOTION CONTROLLER FROM CNCDRIVE, IM JUST WAITING FOR A EMAIL BACK AFTER ORDERING THEM, ILL KEEP THEM AS SPARES IF THE PROBLEM IS UNRELATED, ANY IDEAS, LIKE I SAY ALL HAS BEEN PERFECT FOR YEARS OPERATING A BRIDPORT INTERACT TWO SERIES TWO,

WHEN I SAY THERES NO LIGHTS ILLUMIATED ON THE DG4S DRIVERS ITS AS IF ITS LOST ITS POWER SUPPLY FROM THE BREAKOUT BOARD, BUT THAT BOARD STILL HAS ITS SUPPLY AS IT STILL OP[ERATES THE COOLANT ETC, IM OPPERATING AT 128 VOLTS DC WITH BRKC 150 ON IT SO I DONT SUPPOSE ITS AN OVER VOLTAGE PROBLEM TO THE DRIVERS, I DONT IMAGINE ITS INTERFERANCE AS ITS NOT SUFFERED WITH IT IN THE PAST,
