Machine DRO will not zero Y axis when homing

Hi everyone ,i am having a issue with the Y axis dro not zeroing after homing ,checked all switches they work correctly machine homes and backs off switch but it will not zero .
Its got -9.5096 stuck in it and wont change its been working for years it just started this today ,nothing in the software has changed same profile .
I am kinda lost now with it i need some help to figure this out please.

This problem has been resolved ,somehow the home axis auto zero got unchecked HMMMMMMMMMM i wonder how that happened
