Y and Z axis stops moving occasionally

Hello,

I'm new to uccnc, and getting is all setup. I've been having an intermittent issue where the Y and Z axis won't respond to movement, but the DRO is updating the location. Hoping someone might be able help me identify the cause. It's most likely a misconfiguration on my part, however I did't have this issue when using mach3, and I've tried to replicate all the settings. I'm running an older Sherline mill that has Rorze drivers, and steppers. The controller is ST-V3. I've noticed that is I apply a new setting that the axis is able to work again. Other notables, I'm using a WHB04b Wireless pendant.

I might have found the issue, one of the wires to my z limit switch somehow disconnected, and was resting on the frame. Didn't notice until I touched my zeroing plate to the cutter, and noticed it completed a circuit, without the alligator clip. I'll keep testing a little to confirm, but I haven't been able to make it stop now. My settings though are: x/y - steps: 40k, vel: 19.998, accel: 5 & z - steps: 40k, vel: 10.002, accel: 5
