my pendant is not being recognized in the Plugins section...Vista PS4-S that was working fine has just suddenly gone completely missing...the .DLL is in plugins but I don't see anything to enable in the settings...has worked flawlessly in the past and not sure I did anything.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Try loading the file on the pendant again. I forget the technical name for that. Then reboot the pc. Also, mine likes to overdraw my USB port, going to a powered hub fixed the issue. Your issue sounds different though.

Check, Check and Check....I tried all...excellent suggestion on Power had me pretty excited with my powered hub sitting on my workstation but still just this odd inconsistency...since it's dedicated to this machine and doesn't have much on it I decided to scrub it and start over, saving just my machine config files, Default.Pro. I was pretty stoked after first startup I had a pendant but when I did a restart alas I was back to square one. I can't even seem to come up with a pattern...I unplug, restart, replace file, dance a jig and then repeat....it just seems very random but again I bring it to the workstation and it loads every time....The machine PC is a nice little unit too...not an Atom or anything but an i5 with 16G of ram and a nice SSD but it would seem to be something in there...not sure where to go from here....

They do have excellent support, so contacting them is a good idea.

Well to close this out I determined that the computer I was using has some very strange issue with the pendant and it's isolated to this one PC....I had an ancient T5400 workstation I dragged out and loaded everything in and it works repeatedly and uninterrupted with the very same hard drive and thus software config....shame it seemed like an ideal candidate being small form but pretty powerful...Lenovo I5 mini.
