Huge file stalls UCCNC

Hi
I’ve been using UCCNC flawlessly for a while making 3 hour cuts with ease (several hundred thousand lines of G Code).
I am trying to load a massive project that my Aspire program suggests will take 72 hours to cut. So I’m guessing many millions of lines.
I created the file and code on my home PC (i7 16gb ram) and this took a while to process.
My PC connected to my CNC and running UCCNC is considerably older (intel core2 duo, 4gb ram 64bit) and takes the best part of an hour to load the file and then for the last 4 hours is pretty much stalled alternating between not responding and not being able to be used.
Would someone point me in the right direction as to how to rectify? I’m assuming it may well be my PC. If so, what would be a decent spec that could deal with this sort of very large file?
Help appreciated.
