Hello everyone, not very used to forums, forgive me
I have had a UC300ETH-5LPT + UCBB breakout board for 10 months, but
due to serious health concerns I could not continue my cnc
today i was able to finish the manufacture of my cnc, last week all work fine without problems
this week I restart my machine and the relays connected to UCBB1 on outputs 01/014/016 no longer cut (spindle and pump relay, ;;;)
however I have nothing touched at the connection, no more way to control these pins, leds on or not the voltage is always constant and the relays are always supplied permanently
while the output 017 it continues to function normally (led on activates the relay, and led off cuts the relay)
after several checks of my connections, it turns out that the connections correspond well to the documentation supplied with UCBB
apparently a component of the card does not work anymore ?? may we have changed nothing at the connection and that its no longer works
for the rest of the map everything works fine
can you help me in this problem and tell me how to do
thank you
Gerry

If the output is always shorted to GND no matter if the output is on or off. (This condition energises the relay always)
Then it is very likely that the output Mosfet transistor died.
The output is an N channel mosfet transistors and N channel mosfets failure mode is short circuit, so if the mosfet is dead then it is very likely causing an always active output, which means that the output get connected to GND always.

In this case the only solution is to replace the mosfet and study what could cause it's failure.
It could be overvoltage is overcurrent or even ESD, mosfets are ESD sensitive, so it is not a good idea to touch then with bare hands.

Pardon my French... in case it is incorrect. I asked my best friend (Mr. G) to make a quick translation and that's what he came up with. :D

in my case c (is a relay in v24 v plug as decri on the documentation of the UCBB the 24v has the terminal - the relay and the least has the pine of the ucbb, for all relays
and what I do not understand is that all work the week before (in the meantime I'm not touched anything)
as you must have understood, I discover the world of the cnc and I am not a very high level in electronics (but its interested me) can us if you will tell me if there is a way to control these mosfets and how to proceed, thank you all for your efforts to help me
