saving settings

Hi there I am using uccnc2.111 with axbb-e controller, I have attached a tool height probe in i/o set up on pin 13, port 2, active low, press apply settings, press save settings, and the pins and ports info disappears from the screen,
not even saved, also when uploading a new profile, I create the profile load the profile apply settings, save settings, select create short cut on desktop, save settings, close the program, when I re- start again every thing starts up with the default
profile, and no pin or port settings for the probe visible, am I doing something wrong or missing some steps, any info will be greatly appreciated.

Because there is no pin 13. on port 2. on the AXBB-E, it is I3, means Input 3.
