Transfer license to machine buyer

I am going to be selling my CNC which of course includes (purchased) UCCNC software as well as an AXBB-E controller. How does one transfer the UCCNC which was purchased for use with the AXBB-E controller?

You give the UCCNC license key file to your buyer and thats it.
We not generating new license keys with a new name in this case, because if we would do would require too much work for us and it does not matter what name is on the license key, because only the one can use the license key who has that motion controller with the same serial number.
