Yes, we can attempt to repair, but ofcourse it depends on what and how damaged if it can be repaired and if it worth to repair.
There can be cases when a board is unrepairable, for example if the PCB board burns/damages.
And there can be cases when a board does not worth to repair, if so many components damages that the repair cost would be higher than a new board.

Ofcourse we can check the damaged board and can advice repairability and the cost involved.

There is no need to call, just email us please.
But I know your case and looked after it and we did not receive your board, my collegue said that it was returned to the sender by the post office.
They did notify us about the package arrival and asked for customs clearance, but we could not identify the package and so we did not know the content.
Then we finally identified your email and asked you about the content, because without knowing the package content we could not fulfill the customs papers.
But this was already too late and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender, because they do not store packages for more than 15days.

And yes, my collegues are usually busy with doing emails and packaging and ordering parts etc., so sometimes there is nobody there to pick the phone up and not all my collegues speak english, this is why it is better to email, because in email you will get a hold of me or a collegue who knows English language.

That is incorrect. On August 16th, I received this email

We got a message from the Post office that there is a package for us from you.
Could you tell me what is in the package? Did you write price on it?

To which I responded immediately, quoting your email to me with instructions and the discussion about the board failure.

Then we finally identified your email and asked you about the content, because without knowing the package content we could not fulfill the customs papers.

I don't have you answers, my collegue was working on it and what I told you is exactly what he told me when I asked about your package.
Maybe he did not act with the paperwork on time, I don't know. But he said that the package was returned, but I will ask him again tomorrow, will ask him to ask the post office again.

And I think that probably when my collegue emailed you about "what's in the package" then it was already too late.
Unfortunately in Hungary the post office is not like in the USA, they work very bad, we had several cases when they lost packages and they are usually unreachable, their phones are offline or always busy and their representatives do not even know how things work with customs etc.
This is why we ship with GLS and DHL only, we only ship via the post office to countries where GLS and DHL do not ship.

And I'm sorry for this problem. I will check after it again tomorrow.
