What does the UCx00 utility tool says when you testing the connection?
Does it say that the connection settings are OK or does it say an error in your settings?
What is the IP V4 address and subnet mask settings of your network card?
Do you get a "no valid license key found" message on the software startup?

Config utility - connection ok
Submask 255.255.255.0
Ip 10.10.10.10
(I have tried different class ip and no change)
I do get “no license key...” and running in demo

If you get the "no license..." window then UCCNC found the UC400, but cannot read your license file. What is the exact name of the license file and where did you save it? The antivirus and firewall does nothing with the connection. (Assuming that you have the built-in antivirus and firewall in Win10.)

Does the serial number on the device match the serial number on the file? (If not sure check and double check)
(Whilst obvious I had to ask as it was not stated previous, both need to match as the hardware is hard coded with a unique serial number, the licence file cannot be used by anyone else or across multiple UC controllers..... By renaming it.... Multiple CNC drive motion controllers you need multiple licences.)
I would suggest sending photos of your hardware and send your licence file back to CNC drive for checking .... Note they are probably closed for the holidays at present so it may take week or so when they open up and can test things.....
Edit: ignore my deleted comments on cabling as uccnc is obviously detecting the hardware...
What version of uccnc have you installed?

Serial no. from config utility is the same as license text from the file.
Controler blinks when i open UCCNC (with is the last version 1.2111 downloaded from cncdrive website)
I think the license file is corupt ... you are right..
Thank you,

Can you take a screenshot of the uccnc folder showing
The directory path C:\uccmc\
And
The licence file please
(I use greenshot for my screenshots as it allows me to crop them, save them as PNG files and put arrows and squares or circles to highlight things)
