UC300eth and Mach3

Couple of questions.

I have a UC300ETH in an M44 motherboard. There is nothing else plugged into the motherboard.
When I start Mach3, it detects the UC300ETH and loads the firmware.
I toggles the active low setting of the estop, so that I can reset mach3.
I have 3 motors enabled.
The issue is that the jog keys don't appear to do anything.
No DRO changes, and no output signals in the UC300ETH In/Out Monitor.
If I restart Mach3 and choose the printer port, the DRO's change with the jog arrow keys?
Is there something I'm missing here?
If I try a probing macro, the macro starts, but no movement occurs on the DRO's?

I can't see how plugging in a breakout board would make any difference??

Also, do emulated inputs work with the UC300ETH?
With the printer port, I could test macros by using emulated keystrokes for inputs. But this doesn't work with a 64 bit OS. I was hoping to be able to do the same with the UC300ETH?

Hi Gerry,

I have checked the UC300ETH plugin with the M44 and it works at me, I mean I can jog and move just fine.
Could you upload your .xml file here please to let me test with that?
Also can you make a brand new .xml with the mach3loader to check if that is also not working?

I don't know what is with the emulated keystrokes, I think that is probably handled by Mach3 itself,
but I will ask my collegue about it as I'm not working on the Mach3 plugin development anymore, only on the UCCNC and it was a long time ago when i used mach3 for anything real work, so I forgot a lot about how things work in mach.

Also please note that there will be non-working days here in our country on Monday/Tuesday, so probably I can reach my collegue only on Wednesday to discuss about the emulated keystrokes.

But I can test and check your .xml anytime if you will share it with me.

OK, I got it to work with a different profile.

The emulated keys don't appear to work, though.

There's no need to look into this further, as I have no plans on using the UC300ETH with Mach3. I was just doing some testing.

Thanks,
