Please be patient Im a complete fool in programming. I search en read a few days about macro's and examples . I found in the uncnc folder the macro for m6. So far so good.

The problem is that I have my tools on a rack on the end off the table outside the range. So I added two pneumatic cilinders with sensors to open and close if need tool open , and of course close after changing tool. But how to implemend in the macro.

I dont rebuild the whole machine before everything is complete and fixed.


So I took the original macro and made some text extra with the things I think is correct.

So question 1 how to program to open en close the toolrack?

Question 2 there are two sensors on the atc sensor A checking that the relaese pin is open how to program this or skip? Sensor B checking again that toolholder is locked.

Question 3 I want a pressure sensor, so when compressed air is to low the machine is going into safety modus. Because the tool must be locked and also for colling the spindle.


Spindle used is a refurbesed colombo RC73/22

Ok I placed the code in the file where I think it will be right.

But question about the sensors on the atc, should I implemend them in the macro or not neccesary.

I have two 1 pin is open , second pin is closed.

If you say not necesserary I follow your advise

Like said before , I understand a little when reading the macro but als the sings and things before and after nothing for me complete chinese for me.

Let me know what you think about it.

Offcourse I need to put the correct pin numbers.

And for zero touch plate , how to write that. There was a line almost on the end but only ... So I think I need to fill in something.
