Problems with stepsignals to driver, UC300eth - CP0-10V

No tax free between Sweden and Germany. We voted against tax free when we voted for EU membership... so it was gone in 1995 when we joined the EU.

Anyway, if I were you I'd try with only three motors... and even that is too much for your PSU, unless you have one for every motor. 10A is way too small for 4 x 4A, which requires 16A + a margin if you are using switching supply. 2 motors are OK, but three is already too much, four... I would not even dream about.

Still cheaper!!

I looked at my amp-meter and while doing the test I use roughly 0.8 Amps, in total. So for 5V, 12V, 15V and 48V PSU. That might become an issue later, but as of now, that should not be a problem while testing.

I don't know what I've done, but the programs are now running fine. All of them. I installed the Spindle PWM, put activated the charge pump in UCCNC and put the motors on the floor directly.
Why and what fixed it, I don't know.. What I don't know is if it loses steps. Which I need to see later when I have assembled the mechanical parts and done some testing. Thanks for all the help

As I said at CNC Zone, I think you were having resonance issues from the motors just lying on the table.

I am happy that it seems to work now. Don't worry about missing steps now. I think that is an often mentioned but rare problem. Concentrate on the design of the mechanical parts because I think that is a greater challenge, at least it was for me.
