The UC100 does not support debouncing. From the manual (page 36, input debounce):

This parameter is currently only implemented in our ethernet motion controllers. Our USB
controllers do not have this parameter and functionality.

Hi,
I had the same issue(X/Y axis work perfect at 100% speed. As soon as I move the Z-axis "ext. e-stop triggered")
I contacted the Stepcraft support and they asked me to check if any of the motor cables had contact to the Body.
So I checked. No motor cable has any contact.
Then I checked the limit switches and sure enough all but one had contact(I think they should have contact).
Obviously it was the X axis limit switch, which is the hardest one to get to.
This Cable (the brown one) was sitting loose on top of the contact, so it made contact.
When I moved the Z axis, this introduced vertical travel, which stopped the contact for a second and triggered the "ext. e-stop" .
I hope this helps.
