Did you try it with a fresh download?
I'm asking you this because the drivers were updated in the auto installer and in the ZIP package a few days ago due to the exact reason you describing.

As I wrote above try to install the new drivers from the above links which I posted.
1.2111 contains the old USB drivers.
This issue is very recent only a few weeks old, because it seems that Microsoft updated something in their security and it installs via the Windows updates on Windows 10 x64 which does not allow the USB drivers to install anymore.
And this is because only the cabinet file in the drivers was digitally signed which was not a problem for like 10 years, but now it became a problem (thanks Microsoft), so we updated the drivers with signing both the cabinet files and all dll files to overcome this new problem.

Try the above links or try development version 1.2114 of the UCCNC, that contains the new USB drivers, you can find it in the forum posts, in the development releases topic..

gabi68,

You are right: the USB UC300 will not install with the drivers in the zip or in the installed UCCNC. Download the second link (the exe). Disconnect the PC from the internet. Connect the UC300, open device manager, find the UC300, right-click, select remove, check the checkbox to remove the driver files. Disconnect and reconnect the UC300. Now in device manager you'll see it under unknown devices. Start the automatic installer exe, select Mach3, on the next page select only the UC300, click install. If you don't have Mach3 installed then it will try to install it, but click cancel to skip this. Now it will successfully install the driver. In the next step the installer will try to copy the plugin into Mach3. If the Mach3 folder does not exist then it will throw an unhandled exception, press quit. Now the driver is installed and UCCNC will run with it. (I've just tested the whole procedure.)

Balázs,

Certainly it's my fault, but I tested the drivers only with UC100 and not with UC300. :(

The same as you. Windows 10 Pro x64. The only difference is that I have Hungarian. You have to have the UC300 connected. You'll find the device down in the USB stuff. Here is the screenshot with the English text written in black:

OK, I see. Just press uninstall and go on with the list I wrote.

Try to disable drivers signing enforcement in Windows and then the drivers will sure install.

The ethernet motion controllers are network devices, so they need no drivers.
Yes the dimensions are the same.
No, we do not take back old motion controllers, the UC300USB is no more manufactured several years now.

But again, in worst case you can install the USB drivers with disabling drivers signing enforcement in windows.

It works with driver signature enforcement disabled.
If it does not work for you then you did not disable it properly.

Also try to disable the Secure boot option in the BIOS and after that turn the signature enforcement off and then disconnect from the internet and remove the drivers in the device manager (if anything is installed) with checking the Delete drivers checkbox and then try to install the drivers from location from the drivers file package.

Could the problem be the bios is in legacy mode and not UEFI (https://neosmart.net/wiki/enable-uefi-boot/) ??

Cheers
