UCCNC does not see the UC300ETH controller

Postby NikolayUA24 » Sun Nov 10, 2019 10:42 am

Good day everyone
I got a controller and a license. Thank you very much.
The problem is that the UC300ETH controller does not see UCCNC.
The cable is soldered not cross, the utility sees the controller.
I tried to install versions 1.2111 and 1.2112 does not see the license, only the demo mode works. What is the reason ???

I connect to Mach3 everything works well.

If it works with Mach3, then it's probably a license issue?

UCCNC is loaded only in demo mode. Mach connects quickly and everything works.
When I prescribe a line with a profile (C: \ UCCNC \ UCCNC.exe / p MechMate / s CD1799)

What's the file extension on your license file?

That's what mine is. The icon in your screenshot looked like a different file type. That's why I asked.

I have been trying to solve exactly this same problem for the past month. The UCxxxutil scans for and finds UC300-5LPT, the Test connection returns "OK" yet ping can't find the device. I definitely have a licence, from CNC4PC. Mach3 works ok. .NET 3.5 is enabled. The cable is cross-over direct to the computer. All 4 lights on board are exactly right. After ipconfig turned up the UC300 I have been trying the command line to focus on the IP connection, disable DHCP so it can't assign another IP address, ipconfig, netsh, but did not find a solution. Any suggestion where to look next?

Nikolay,

If you starting the software without the /s command line argument then do you receive a "no valid license key found" window message on the software startup?
If you do then it is a license key issue. Then your license key file is not working, was probably corrupted in the email. Then email us and we will resend it.
