programming dg4s

struggling to progamme dg4s with programming stick, sevo configerator3 conected to the first servo driver and i was able to down load pid settings, but it does not see the other sevo drivers when i try to conect and tune those, if i revert bact to the first servo driver it still conects to this, can you sugest were i am going wrong, thanks
