UC300 doesn't see the license key anymore

I was installing the servo conficurator 3 and it looks like after this action the UCCNC machine control software doesn't see the key anymore.
The servo configurator comes up with a selectable divice and by mistake I selcted the UC300 serial number it only shows a serial number so it is easy to make a mistake.
So I was wondering if this could be the case? I can not come up with other Ideas tried everything and checked everything but the program Always comes up with no valid Key and goes to demo mode. The blue led flashes short when I start the program.

Can anybody help me with this issue

I think you do not need help with this anymore since you've emailed me that the problem was resolved, that you had the problem with the license key file...
