Calibration question

Hey all,

I just calibrated my X, Y and Z axis. Something seems strange to me. I have the same ball screws for all the axis, same exact stepper motors as well. But the steps on all the axis are different. Not a little bit, over 1000 different on each of the axis.

They do now move within a .001 over 6" which I think is pretty good for a router.

Am I missing something?

Depends on what ballscrews or rack you have , quality gives precision , the chinese stuff is very variable quality.
