UCR201 Connection Issues

The UCR201 has a RF transmitter running on the free radio channel and not Wifi or Zigbee or similar, so it works different then how you think.

I don't really know what could have happened that the RF tuning can't fix, because there is no other values stored in the device which could influence it's working other then the RF channel and the RF calibration value.
If you can't solve the issue then contact us in email and you can ship the device to us for checkup and repair, then we could hopefully see what the issue exactly is and then we could advice to future customers who experiencing the same issue.
There are only very few number of customers who experienced this problem so far and I don't remember any of them who shipped the device back to us for repair, so we are still blind about the cause of this.
