AXBB-E pin doesn't works

Hello,

I am trying to connect the pin number 1" Isolated Outputs" as described in the drawing for piloting ground relay. It doesn't works.
Should we set something on the software to get this fonction?

Output 1. is a dedicated charge pump output, that output works only if configured as charge pump output in the UCCNC software.
You could use any other outputs.
