z axis changes direction on load up

My problem is that recently my Z axis is moving in the wrong direction when I run home all. I look at the axis control window and do not see anything that looks like it changed. I change the direction and save. The machine now homes to the correct place. I then go back and change the setting back and it homes to the correct place. when I run a gcode the z is supposed to run at .02 but it runs at .499. Here are some screen shots and gcode . I hope this can be worked out.

Z would typically have the "Home Positive" checkbox checked, to home at the top.
