Please can anyone help with this issue, I bought a secondhand set up and when I updated the software I lost all the setting, a guy from the support jumped on my PC and set up the x and y but the torch won't work correctly, when starting a program the torch won't go down far enough to touch the steel, the blue and green light on the controller are not lit, up but it is making a connection to the computer, the guy from uccnc support is no longer answering my emails ?? if there is anyone close to leicester I would be more than happy to pay them for there help, I am totally new to this and have been stuck for the past 2 months with this problem and im desperate to get the matching up and running,
