Axbb-e lost connection

Hello. I've had Axbb-e since February 2023 and it worked perfectly. However, since yesterday I have lost the ethernet connection to it. I've tried all the guides as well as the faq and reboot. The computer sees it and can ping it. But UCxxx Utility doesn't see it at all. Any ideas?
I will add that all cables are correct, power supplies too.
