MPG Program

I have a UC300 ETH on a UB1 Bob from CNCroom and have been using it on a router upgrade.
I need a MPG program. I made one with a Macro loop but it doesnt work well.
So far the macro loop program will work
but it is flawed and slow to respond or just misses the switch movement altogether.
So I am thinking plug in but that programming I cant do.
The mpg works on mpg multi but it is jerky.
I like the smoothness of MPG continous but the movement is random

This is a built pendant on a control panel
switches are as follows
Rotary switch one has an off position
X108 port 1 pin 8 X axis rotary switch 1
X109 port 1 pin 9 Y axis rotary switch 1
X110 port 1 pin 10 Z axis rotary switch 1
X111 port 1 pin 11 A axis rotary switch 1 Not used but there
X112 port 1 pin 12 X1 Increment rotary switch 2
X113 port 1 pin 13 X10 Increment rotary switch 2
X115 port 1 pin 15 X100 increment rotary switch 2
X210 Port 2 pin 10 MPG A
X211 Port 2 pin 11 MPG B
