motors do not operate

Howdy Folks:
A copy of my X and Y axis settings. Each motor power supply is putting out 60 volts checked at the motor controller connections. All wiring from the power supply are connected to the controller and all wires from the controller to my Breakout board are satisfactorily connected.. The blue led is lite and UCCNC. is not in demo mode. Each ball screw is locked up, and I still cant get any action from the motors. When I fill in the Steps, Velocity, Acceleration hit enter and save thee Velocity changes to a different number.
With the help of you good folks we will get this router back in operation and my grand kids will be happy with a few new whirligigs. Two attachments.

Your steps/unit looks very high , as a test change to 200 . And see if you can get movement

I see a lot of issues, those Steps are per mm!!!! Mine are set at 100 per mm but I have direst drive screws. Step and direction Both should be either Low or High not one of each. Velocity is not correct and so on. You first asked about this system Sept 2018 was it running then??

BTW you also said it was not a Calibration issue, Yes it is if you don't have those Steps set correctly it will not run.

I was called away on some family business and did not have the opportunity to answer.
My Stats for my X axis are follows. Motor controller micro stepping equals 51200, lead screw motor drive pulley is 50 teeth, lead screw pulley is 100 teeth. Lead screw is 20mm with a 5 pitch and 1 start. Using the stepper calculator I have arrived at the following Steps per inch 512000 or steps per mm 20480.

For the Y axis. Motor controller micro stepping equals 51200, lead screw motor drive pulley is 100 teeth, lead screw pulley is 50 teeth. Lead screw has a 5 pitch with 1 start. Using the stepper calculator I have arrived at the following steps/inch 128000 and steps per mm 5120.
YES THE MOTORS DO LOCK UP WHEN i TURN THE SYSTEM ON
I have also attached clip of my X and Y settings. I hope this information will come up with my problem. Thank you for any help you my provide.

I'd change your microstepping to 2000 max, instead of what you have now.
I think you have a math error, and steps/mm should equal 20480 instead of 512000.
51200 * 2 /=102400.
5mm/rev screws means 102400/5 = 20480
What is your kernel speed set to?

If the motors are looked, the DRO in software moves, and you don't have wiring problems (pins assigned and wired correctly), try to lower the kernel frequency to 25khz, this will increase the step length that is generated.
