Relative old thread, but I'll reply anyway as I found this thread while trying to look a solution the the same challenge.
I found a solution to at least to HBS57 closed loop drives. The solution is quite well described in here:
https://youtu.be/SvfGTA-aA5k. The trick is to access the CL drive firmware. The software to do that is found at Longs motors service
https://www.longs-motor.com/service/. Download the "Closed-loop debugging software", connect to the drive, and opposed to the video, I needed to
change the default alarm-level from 1 to 0 to get it working. Note, you need to power down the HBS57 CL drive, and power it up again to get the change downloaded to the drive.
Do that to all of you CL drives, and then daisy chain the connections:
+24V to E-stop positive input (e.g. port 2, input I4+ of the AXBB-E)
x-drive ALM+ to E-stop input (e.g. port 2, input I4- of the AXBB-E)
x-drive ALM- to y-drive ALM+
y-drive ALM+ to z-drive ALM-
z-drive ALM- to emergency stop pin 1
emergency stop pin 2 to zero of 24V (ground)
This did the trick for me to get the CL drive fault conditions to the same port as the other e-stops (emergency stop and all axis NC limit switches)
