UCSB BOB + PLH3D-CNC Adapter Wiring and UCCNC Settings

Greetings.

Please, I need help;

a - to wire an OPT Laser PLH3D-6w Laser Unit to my UCSB bob via the PLH3D-CNC Adapter
b- setting the connection up in UCCNC

The control side of the PLH3D-CNC Adapter allows the connection with the UCSB and is labelled below - starting from the top.

1. ANGIN 5V INPUT
2. PWM/TTL INPUT
3. ENABLE #1 INPUT
4. GROUND
5. ENABLE #2 INPUT
6. ANGIN 10V INPUT
7. INVERTED PWM/TTL INPUT
8. ERROR #1 OUTPUT

Which connections go from where on the UCSB to which points on the PLH3D-CNC Adapter's control terminal. Also, what settings do I need to make in the UCCNC software.
