Updated to latest version now my machine doesn't work..

Hi, I've just installed the latest software and firmware update.

I assumed it would just update the software and the machine would run as normal, it's like a blank new install where I've got to configure everything again.

Is there a way to fix this?

If you use the default profile, updates will overwrite all of the settings.
