uccnc loses connection to uc100 interface

I have a uccnc program and uc100 interface installed on a computer with win 10 64bit. So far I have not had any problems, but now during the cnc work it stops, an error is displayed that the program does not detect the UC100 interface. I shut down the program and run it again but it runs in demo mode even though the license file is real. I disconnected the UC100 from the usb waited a few minutes and reconnected. The program recognized the license and started working normally but only for a few minutes and again the same error. I have
