UC300ETH and C11G with laser PWM output

Postby humphreytech » Thu Nov 18, 2021 5:30 pm

Hello, I have a C11G Connected to port 3 on my UC300ETH. I am attempting to use the laser pwm output and can't get anything to work.
I am monitoring Pin 14 on the C11G and cannot get anything out of the board when I issue M3 M10 Q255 etc...

In UCCNC i/o setting page I have the laser pin set to Port 3 Pin 14. Is there something I'm overlooking? I have external 12V connected to the supply pin on the analog connector.

Also, I thought there might be something wrong with the board so I decided to try generating the PWM with the UC300ETH board on the analog connector pins.
Is this even possible? Looking at the manual I can't figure out what port number to use in UCCNC to access the analog port on that board?

Overall I've been really happy with the performance of UCCNC and the hardware but man the documentation is hard to follow in places.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

your 12v feed should be direct from power supply - via a relay controled by m3.

an output pin for your laser pwm
no connection to anything on analog port. (pwm isnt analog)
