Only opening in demo. Licenses file not working

All of a sudden uccnc would not open. License file not found opening in demo mode.
I have eth400 and it is communicating. Unistled and reinstalled and add license file and still not working

How is the UC400 and the PC connected? How did you check the connection?

It was a working setup and it still shows under network connection uc400. Ethernet.. it takes a while to boot up not like if it is not powered up and then goes immediately to demo mode.
Can you tell me how to check for sure?

You still didn't write how are they connected. If they have a direct connection then check the UC400 manual: the whole network setup is described there. The PC is set to 10.10.10.10/255.255.255.0 and the UC400 to 10.10.10.11/255.255.255.0. If they are connected to your local network then use DHCP on both the PC and the UC400.

To check the connection start the UCxx_utility in the UCCNC\Util folder, press scan. If the UC400 is found then you'll see its IP address besides its serial number. Open a command prompt and try type ping followed by the IP address of the UC400.

I pinged 10 10 10 11 and got 4 packets sent 4 received. Maybe you can send me another license file. Maybe it git corrupt. I just installed 1.2115 also and same.

I forgot to mention I could not run that utility because it said it needed net 3.5. I dont have internet at rhe shop. Can I download that on my phone and install it to the pc I f needed.?

In 1.2115 the UCxxx_utility was recompiled to run with .Net 4, so if you have 1.2115 installed then it should work without downloading .Net 3.5.

Do you have an error message that the license file cannot be found? If yes then the connection is OK. Find the mail where you got the license file and save it again.

Problem solved! I re-downloaded my license file and installed in folder and am up and running. Thanks for the assistance. If
