Hi,
6 days ago I asked for assistance both here and directly to CNC drive.
I have not even had an acknowledgement of enquiry let alone any kind of help.
At one time you could get help within 24 hours, not anymore it seems.
Very disappointing especially as I have spent hundreds of £'s with this company in the last 10 years or so.
This is the kind of bad service I would expect from a cheap Chinese company.

Writing this kind of messages does not help to speed up the reply, I think. We are all humans and you can't imagine how much mails we have. Your question also does not help, but I'll reply at your original post.
