If shipping from outside the EU then make sure to mark the package as "for repair" and make the total value less than 20 Euros, otherwise we will have to pay 27% VAT on the total value which we will then have to charge you.
Also make sure to not mark the package as "samples", because then it can cause other issues on the customs.
