config the uc400eth

Hi, I'm new user and I have buy a uc400eth controller. My problem is that I can not create communication between controller and PC via LAN despite having followed the procedures indicated in the manual. By running the utility program gives me this answer: IP range or netmask is wrong, UC400 IP address 10.10.10.11 NetMask 255.255.255.0 Interface number1 IP address 169.254.230.54 NetMask 255.255.0.0 . And there is no way to solve.
Please if you can help me thanx!!

If the IP address on your PC network card is 169.254.230.54 then it does not fit the UC400ETH's 10.10.10.11 IP setting.
