The first picture shows a straight line started with a ramped cut- notice the off co ordinate part at the bottom
The second picture shows a non ramped cut- perfect
No flex in cutter, work or head.
Any ideas

The title should be ramped cut starts
Strange thing is I can't see this movement on the dro. It is not in the code.
Machine is using servos- no overshoot. Very tightly tuned-

I would be happy to run your code on a logic analyser using your profile to see if there is any command on the other axis, but for that I will need the g-code file and your profile file.
