HELP!! PROBLEM WITH LICENSE KEY

Postby julienpaul » Sun May 05, 2024 8:30 am

Hello,
Stepcraft M1000 / UCCNC Usb wired (Bought new June 2023) working perfectly since
I suddenly have a pb with Uccnc which doesnt run anymore.
When turn it on, appears the message "valid license key was not found appli in demo mode"
I have: dis/re install Uccnc & copy the file (as it was before when it worked perfectly)
Re install windows with a precedent version
Change the usb cable & verify all connections
I precise that on the Uc100 the blue Led doesnt light but the green is on.
So what can I do, Can someone help me.
Do I have to buy a new UC100 (I bought it only one year ago)
Or is the license file corrupted (how is it possible?)
My UC100 S/N : 907F1E.
THANKS

The license file should not change by itself. First run the UCxxx_utility (UCCNC\Util) and scan for devices. Check if the UC100 serial is good. Also, you have a mail where you got the license file. Save the file again (into UCCNC) without opening it.

That's strange. On your UC100 you have the other serial number?

It is very likely that the USB chip of the UC100 damaged.
