UCCNC locks up when opening file

I use pictures and nc files outputted by my post processor so I have a setup sheet in UCCNC . Its great that when loading a file I can see the pictures BUT if I accidenly load the .png rather than the .nc file ( they have to be both the same name ) uccnc locks up and is unrecoverable. Requires a full windows closedown to get it functioning again

Is it possible to get a warning added or just not let it load a image file into UCCNC ? or a timout if the wrong file type loaded and it doesnt load within x time ?

The open file dialog allows you to filter file types. Just change from 'all files' to '.nc' in the extension filter.

I want to see the pictures as it defines the job , but occasionally I hit it rather than the nc file
