UCCNC_1.2113 not reading/setting profiles

just installed UCCNC on my windows 10 PC and the device (an AXBB-E) is recognized and ping-able BUT I cannot setup the axis pins.
When I enter a value (and hit Enter), the value shows on the screen BUT when I it the "save" button the values I just entered return to the original values.
Note: The same happens when I hit "apply" button.
Also, changing the values in the actual profile file does not load the values into UCCNC, so there is no way to setup my board.
This makes the whole system impossible to use.

Has anyone installed on windows 10? Anybody else hit this "brick-wall"??

I would be happy to test any solutions and can help with the interface program as I have been a developer for over 35 years...

This is because you trying to assign input pin to output function or output pin to input function or trying to set an invalid (not existing) pin number.
Please make sure to use the proper port and pin numbers in the settings.
A relatively often mistake is that the input pins on the AXBB-E are read as 11, 12, 13 etc. however they are I1, I2, I3, the "I" means "Input".
So, you have to set 1, 2, 3 etc. for the pin number and not 11, 12, 13 etc.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I was following the diagram in the PDF for the AXBB-E and yes, that was the issue...
