I can't install USB drivers on Win 10 PC for UC100. I tried manual and automatic installer and both go through the process fine but when I plug in UC100 only the green light is on and Windows device manager states "The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39)".
Please help.

Our drivers are compatible with Windows 10.
Unfortunately on some systems it really does not work, but we do not
know yet why.
We suspecting a Windows 10. bug as Microsoft recently changed the
drivers security in Windows 10.
Earlier they required only the .cab cabinet file to be digintally
signed and they changed this on the 64bits Win 10. versions that now
all sys and dll files have to be signed.
We made a change in our drivers when we explored this newly created
issue by Microsoft and the drivers should work fine now and it works
for 99% of our users, however for a yet unknown reason it does not
work on about 1%. We do not know the reason for this yet.
You could try to disable secure boot in bios and disable drivers
signature verificationin Windows security then the drivers should
install, because then Windows will not check the digital signature.

@cncdrive
Do you use the latest Windows signature process (not the self signing with certificate, but with driver package submission to Microsoft portal) ? otherwise, the latest updates of Windows 10 block the drivers to load on some platforms

No, we did not submit the drivers to the Microsoft portal, I will check into it, because I'm not familiar how it works.
Maybe you could share some information about how that exactly works if you know?

Not yet, we have to purchase an EV certificate for digital signing to resolve this issue, this is what we figured out.
Currently we have OV certificate which seems to be not good enough for some Windows 10 x64 versions and for Windows 11.
We working on getting the certificate, but it takes time, because it requires a company certification process and also requires physical shipping, because they ship a physical coding device to us when the certification process will end.
We working on this now...
But you should still be able to install the drivers with disabling secure boot in BIOS and disabling drivers signature enforcement in Windows and install the drivers that way.

@iTab As temporary workaround, you can disable driver signature enforcement
Here is a small video that explain how to do that
