I have been using V112 for a while now and decide to upgrade to V115 .
All went well , did a clean install and copied my profiles across as well as my screenset and licence file.
When it starts it starts in default program - fine new install -, go to setting select profile and it says loading with the following parameters ( thats new ) and the proceeds to come up with error saying it cant find device with that serial number - it connected fine with default profile , checked about screen and it is that serial number .
Screen shots attached ?

How fast (slow?) is your PC? Maybe, the connection is not closed before it wants to connect again.
BTW, why do you switch profiles? Create a shortcut with the /p <profilename> switch to start up with the required profile.
Of course, I'll test the issue with a slow PC if I can get one.

I have just setup a I5 4650 pc but with a GTX1600 graphics card to try and get around my other issue with long gcode not displaying in the visualiser.
I tried to put the /p profile in the startup but it gives the same result. Everything works fine in V112 and V113 , only when I update to V115 I have the issues.
I switch profiles when moving a laptop between machines when setting up , So I have all my profiles and licenses in one install

I will try to add some delay after closing the device on profile change, because the issue is probably that your ethernet motion controller could not re-establish the ethernet connection after the software closes.

But that would not be the issue if I try and start it with the command line /p profile would it ? Even that does not seem to work ?

Just retried it with the command line /p profile , and it will load the right profile ( I didnt have the space before the /p earlier ) , so it loads but still if I try and change profiles in the software it fails
